Long departure
Months and months of no posts... the death of a blog. But I have an excuse, I got married and honeymooned and all that.
But hopefully, back to painting now!

Glad to know you are doing right, I think I drpped some comment here yesterday or so.
On the subject, you gave this mini a really gritty look, like it came out of a snow scene from a videogame. Maybe it's just the reduced palette you used.
The weakest part would be maybe, the snow on the base and the browns in contrast with the overall cold tones setting up the mood.
