The common folk.  NPC's.   Joe Six-Flagon.  Whatever you call them, they make up most of whatever fantasy universe your game takes place in.  A while ago I posted some medieval-type peasants I adapted from Agricola game figures... but these characters are assembled from Wargames Atlantic's amazing "Villagers" box, which is 24 figures' worth of amazing customization options!  "The single most creatively fulfilling sprue I’ve ever built" according to Goonhammer's review.

I did a couple more with slight modifications after I took the group photo:

Vortigaunt

This is a truly unique figure; it was sculpted by a child!  My child's 12 yo friend designed it in Blender, and his father 3-D printed it in resin.

Vortigaunts are aliens from the "Half-Life" games; Gordon Freeman first meets them as opponents, enslaved troops firing an electrical attack.  In the second HL game, we meet free Vortigaunts, and they've joined the human resistance against the Combine's invasion of Earth.
